Then there’s the hard anodized aluminum construction, which is scratch resistant and promises ultra-even heat distribution without any warping. Wanna pop it in the oven or under the broiler? Go right ahead. The frying pan’s safe for temps up to 600°F, and the tempered glass lid is good to go up to 425°F. It’s blessedly dishwasher safe, though we’d still recommend hand washing.
