What are people's opinion of these? I have a pair but am surprised how bass heavy they are. Wonder if that's normal? They sound great but with the bass tone control turned

Wanted a turntable, one thing led to another got the Edifier R1280DBs & T5 subwoofer to set up with the Sony PS-LX310BT turntable. Sounds great for a budget setup no regrets!

My first pair of decent speakers! Was gonna buy Logitech PC speakers. But thankfully I found this sub. Ended up buying the Edifier R1280DB on discount. Couldn't be happier for the price.

Turntable + Edifier R1700BT + Add (A) Streamer + (B) CD Player

Just upgraded my record player, and it seems Too loud? (Audio Technica LP60 + Edifier r1010bt). When I turn the volume on the Edifier to the minimum, it's kind of loud.
