Any accent pieces applicable to be chosen by Lush Balloons DELIVERY OF ARRANGEMENT: Someone MUST be home to receive the delivery at the time of delivery. We do send you (the person who ordered) a text message at the number you provided when we are on our way. We do not give exact times of deliveries ahead of time. We only use 100% biodegradable earth friendly latex balloons. Our latex balloons are made from natural latex rubber. Please recycle them. Children under the age of 8 should be supervised when balloons are present, please dispose of any popped balloons immediately.
